We know life can be unpredictable, and occasionally, you might need to change your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know with as much notice as possible. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and ensures our staff members are compensated for their time. Please note our cancellation guidelines: -A 50% service charge will apply to appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. -Appointments cancelled within 2 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
